Our Great Plains Tours offer some of the most photogenic tornadoes and landscape weather shots, period!

During our Great Plains Tour 3, we are usually chasing from the Texas Panhandle and eastern New Mexico, into the mid to upper part of the Great Plains of western/central Kansas, Nebraska, eastern Colorado and Wyoming into the Dakota’s. Upslope flow and the Denver Convergence zone are also likely favored areas for tornadoes. Often times we will stage in eastern Colorado or western Nebraska and target any Denver cyclones or upslope flow through the region. Because upper-level winds are not as strong and due to areas of high pressure building into the Southern and Central Plains regions, our favored locations include western Nebraska and eastern Colorado.
